In 2020, Clark County launched a major effort—Transform Clark County—to establish a cohesive, countywide vision for the future and actionable strategies to achieve that vision. Transform Clark County includes a rewrite of Clark County’s key policy and regulatory documents—the Master Plan and Development Code.
